I've tried a number of things:

1) changing web.config settings --- no help
2) downloaded your project - recompiled - deployed --- no help
3) retracted your solution from my server to find this on my intranet page where I had attempted to add the web part:

Web Part Error: A Web Part or Web Form Control on this Page cannot be displayed or imported. The type Sumit.Webpart.Weather.Weather.Weather, Sumit.Webpart.Weather, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=010737c3e70b2fa2 could not be found or it is not registered as safe.

The entry for "Sumit.Webpart.Weather" has been added to web.config

What else to try???
